The N.E.S. Scottsdale Bridal Expo will follow all mandated health and safety requirements implemented at the time of the expo. These rules include mandatory masks for all attendees, social distancing guidelines, limited capacity, and other regulations mandated by local ordinances to ensure a safe environment for all attendees and vendors.

Additional health and safety protocols currently in place include, but are not limited to, the items below. Please be aware these items may change or be updated at any time at the discretion of relevant agencies:

Six (6) feet social distancing will be maintained during the entire gathering.

​

Face coverings will be required and enforced for all staff and attendees.

 

Hand washing stations and/or hand sanitizing stations will be readily available.

 

Signage will be displayed promoting health safety requirements.

 

Sharing of objects will be discouraged to limit contact.

 

Food & beverage service has safety measures identified for prevention practices.

 

Majority of attendees will be traveling from the local area.

 

Protocols for handwashing and proper hygiene will be established.

 

Cleaning and disinfecting practices will be implemented.

 

High touch areas have been identified and a cleaning and disinfecting protocol in place.

 

Restroom protocols have been established for proper social distancing and frequent cleaning.

 

All staff and attendees will be advised to stay home if they have tested positive for or are showing COVID-19 symptoms.
