How many attendees do you expect?

The N.E.S. Scottsdale Bridal Expo is free to attend, and total attendance is very difficult to predict due to advertising and marketing campaigns. Generally speaking, total attendance is estimated to be in the several hundreds, but there is no way to be certain until the day of the show.

Is there a fashion show? I'd like to be involved with that.

Any fashion show at the Expo is independently produced and managed. The N.E.S. Scottsdale Bridal Expo does not produce, and is not involved with, the workings or details of any fashion show. If you are interested in holding a fashion show at the expo, we may have availability to accommodate your request. Please contact us for further details.

How many of each type of vendor will you have? Can I be the only (photographer, caterer, limousine company, etc...)?

In order to provide the best experience for all attendees there will be multiple vendors in any given category. There would not be much of an expo if attendees arrived to find one vendor in each category. This benefits both the attendees as well as the vendors as it allows a for larger turnout at the show. Exclusive contracts are generally not offered in any category.

What types of vendors are you looking for? Does my business have to be directly wedding related?

Generally speaking, all types of businesses that are geared toward engaged or newly married couples are a good fit. This includes non-direct wedding related businesses. For example, insurance companies, weight loss companies, day spas, real estate companies, home improvement companies, and independant sales companies have successfully exhibited with us in the past.

What is the advertising plan for the Expo?

There is an aggressive marketing and advertising plan for the Expo which includes social media, targeted radio and print ads, industry website listings, local media and news outlets, and targeted television advertising. Advertising campaigns are implemented back-end heavy. This means the frequency of advertisements becomes greater as the event date gets closer.

There are other shows that have a name similar to yours, are they all the same company?

No. The N.E.S. Scottsdale Bridal Expo is owned and operated by N.E.S. Bridal, LLC. This includes all copyrights and trademarks to the name, logos, website and related information. We have no affiliation in any way with any other show or expo using a similar name.
